Role – Full Time Vehicle Technician
Salary - £27,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

Here at DP Vehicles, we are currently looking for an experienced vehicle technician to join our brilliant team. The team we have here create an excellent working environment so the candidate will need to be a team player to keep the current friendly environment alive.

We are a busy, award-winning workshop where no 2 days are the same. We have a big workshop to cater all types of vehicles, so no job is too large for us.

The candidate will be required to carry out servicing, MOT’s, and brakes & tyres at a minimum. We will require the candidate to hold a full UK driver’s licence, and a current MOT licence is preferable although not necessarily essential if the candidate meets all other requirements.

Experience is necessary for this role as you will be working on all types of vehicles including; classic, sports and prestigious vehicles.

Role – Full Time Service Advisor
Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job description
Our Service Department is looking to hire a Service Advisor to help provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of a wide variety of services we offer. The successful candidate will also be able to accurately document information about vehicles and keep track of customer paperwork in our customer database.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Oversee the worshops workflow and schedule
Quote customers for repairs & services and book the vehicles into the workshop.
Invoice customers using the relevant software.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle while it is in the workshop.
Handle customer complaints.
Using knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements and skills

Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
A Understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
