We all find ourselves in very strange, unknown times, however, DP| Vehicles are here! We are still open online for all of your questions and advice.
We now have all of these methods for you to get in touch;
Used vehicle sales
Q - I want to buy a car, can you sell it to me?
Currently we are online and we can sell you a vehicle remotely, but firstly, what to expect from us;
  • A virtual walk around of our vehicle, this link will be sent to you either via SMS or email.
  • We can call you to discuss the vehicle and questions you may have OR this can be carried out via email or WhatsApp if this suits you better.
  • Structure a deal that suits your needs
  • Take a deposit online to remove the vehicle from sale
  • We will then deliver the vehicle to your door.
Workshop / Aftersales
Q - I need my car repaired or serviced. Is your workshop open?
A - We are currently operating a Covid -19 non contact procedure at DP| Vehicles service centre to keep our customers safe, with these 7 simple steps.
1. Drop your vehicle off with us and park in our dedicated parking area
2. Post the keys through our regularly antibacterial cleaned post box at the service reception door
3. Then one of our service technicians will move your vehicle into our workshops in full protective clothing
4. Works complete, we will contact you for payment and email you your invoice.
5. We will carry out an antibacterial clean down of your steering wheel, handles and controls.
6. You will be allocated a collection time to collect your vehicle all clean, safe and ready to go.
7. You will then be given a personalised code for our secure key safe located outside our service reception where you can complete your non contact service.

Q - Can we still discuss leasing options of a new vehicle?
A - This section of our business operates online and is open with offices set up from home as per normal.
*Please note - With a large number of car manufacture factories being closed due to the worldwide lockdown, this is affecting delivery times.
